Начало работы новой педагогической академии CEE

Центр раннего образования, лидер в области дошкольного и начального образования, в сентябре 2024 года откроет Академию новых учителей, в которую войдет первая когорта преподавателей.
The New Teacher Academy aims to support new and young teachers in obtaining experience and earning credentials.
  • Hands-on teaching responsibilities in Early Childhood and Elementary classrooms
  • Access to mentor teachers and lifelong learning opportunities 
  • Earn a teaching credential by the end of the third year
  • Specialized professional development, workshops, and programming
The CEE New Teacher Academy is a three-year residency model program in which new teachers engage in credential coursework while holding teaching positions at The Center and gaining access to The Center’s professional development, mentorship, and community resources.
          
Prospective teachers begin the program as members of CEE’s Instructional Support team, who are assigned to various classrooms throughout the school day. Instructional Support faculty create and implement developmentally appropriate activities for Early Childhood and Elementary students, support classroom teachers, supervise children, fill in as substitute teachers when needed, and help with classroom management and organization.

Over the course of the three-year program, participants gradually earn more responsibilities and complete coursework with the goal of becoming fully credentialed teachers at the end of the three years.
